When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, display name, and an optional profile photo. Your password is stored securely using industry-standard encryption.

We collect content you upload, including photos used to create virtual avatars, clothing items added to your closet, AI-generated outfit images, and any posts or comments you share on the social feed.

We automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, app version, and crash reports to help us improve the service. If you enable notifications, we store the tokens needed to deliver them.

When using the product capture feature, we record only the website domain and whether the extraction succeeded. We do not store your browsing history or content from third-party sites.

For purchases, we receive your subscription status, credit balance, and transaction timestamps. We do not receive or store your credit card number or bank details—payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or our payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, including generating AI outfit visualizations, displaying your content on the social feed, sending notifications about activity, and processing payments.

Your uploaded photos are transmitted securely to our servers and processed using third-party AI services to generate outfit images. API credentials for these services are stored on our servers and are never exposed to your device.

We do not use your photos or generated images to train AI models. Your images are processed solely to create the outputs you request, and AI service providers do not retain your data beyond the processing session.

3. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or reflect biases present in the underlying models. They are intended for personal visualization and entertainment, not as accurate representations of real-world appearances.

You may not use our AI features to create deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, images of celebrities or public figures without authorization, content for biometric identification, or any imagery that infringes on others' rights.

4. Social Features

When you share content to the social feed, your username, display name, profile photo, posts, and engagement metrics are publicly visible. Other users can view your posts, like and comment on them, and follow your account.

If someone interacts with your content before you delete it, records of their interaction may persist. Screenshots or re-shares made by others are outside our control. You can block users at any time to prevent them from viewing your profile or content.

5. Communications

We may send you activity notifications about likes, comments, and follows; product updates about new features; and marketing communications with your consent. You can manage notification preferences in iOS Settings or within the app.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and uploaded content until you delete it or close your account. When you delete a post, it is removed promptly. Analytics and logs are retained for 90 days, and backups are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

When you delete your account, your personal information is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Some anonymized analytics may be retained.

7. Data Security

We protect your data using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls limiting who can view your information, and regular security monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data; export your data in a portable format; opt out of targeted advertising; and object to certain processing. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.

To exercise your rights, email support@altr.it.com or use Settings > Account > Delete Account. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or under 16 where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact support@altr.it.com immediately.

By using Fitted, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where required by local law.

2. Description of Service

Fitted is an AI-powered virtual outfit visualization tool. You can upload photos to create virtual avatars, add clothing items to a digital closet, generate AI-powered outfit images, share content on a social feed, follow other users, and capture product images from supported websites.

3. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for all activity on your account. Do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to provide our services.

You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that you have consent from anyone depicted in your photos.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images may contain visual artifacts, inaccuracies, or reflect model biases. They are intended for personal visualization and entertainment, not as accurate representations. AI content is labeled within the app; when sharing outside the app, you should indicate that images are AI-generated where context requires.

You may use AI-generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes and social sharing with appropriate disclosure. Commercial use requires separate licensing—contact support@altr.it.com.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AI features to create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery, images of real people without authorization, content for biometric identification, illegal or deceptive content, or content depicting minors inappropriately.

6. Web Capture

The product capture feature saves clothing images for personal use within the app. You may not systematically scrape websites, circumvent technical measures, violate source site terms, or redistribute captured content. Captured images remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Credits and Payments

Credits are virtual currency with no cash value. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, never expire, and are forfeited if your account is terminated.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancel through iOS Settings > Subscriptions or through our web portal. There are no refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy. For web purchases, contact support@altr.it.com within 14 days. Credits already spent on completed generations are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, features, and content (excluding user content) are our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

To report copyright infringement, email support@altr.it.com with a description of the copyrighted work, the location of infringing content, your contact information, and a good faith statement. To appeal content removal, email support@altr.it.com within 14 days.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not upload explicit, violent, or illegal content; upload content depicting minors inappropriately; impersonate others; harass, bully, or stalk users; circumvent security measures; scrape or systematically download content; use AI images to deceive or defraud; or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

10. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or reporting to law enforcement. We generally follow progressive enforcement but may take immediate action for serious violations.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, that AI images will be accurate, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you waive the right to participate in class actions. You may bring claims in small claims court if eligible, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

Harassment, bullying, intimidation, personal attacks, stalking, and doxxing are prohibited. Do not share others' private information or engage in coordinated harassment.

Hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, disability, age, or other protected characteristics are not allowed.

2. Appropriate Content

Share content that is fashion-focused, suitable for all ages, and relevant to outfit visualization. Our platform is for creative fashion expression.

Do not share nudity, sexually explicit content, graphic violence, illegal activities, content sexualizing minors, drug promotion, self-harm or eating disorder content, spam, scams, or misleading content.

3. AI Content Responsibility

AI-generated content is labeled within the app. Be transparent about AI generation—do not present AI images as real photographs when context matters. Maintain this context when sharing outside the app.

Do not create deepfakes, non-consensual imagery, celebrity images without clear satire context, content designed to deceive about reality, or content that circumvents safety measures. Only generate images using photos you have rights to use. Report concerning outputs.

4. Authenticity

Use your real identity or a consistent pseudonym. Do not impersonate real people, celebrities, or other users. Do not create fake accounts, engage in artificial engagement like fake likes or follows, use automated accounts, or spam excessive self-promotion.

5. Intellectual Property

Only share content you own or have permission to use. Do not claim others' work as your own. Give credit when appropriate and respect trademarks, copyrights, and brand identities.

Clothing images captured from retail sites are for personal visualization within the app. Do not redistribute them as your own content.

6. Privacy and Consent

Only upload photos of yourself or with explicit consent from others depicted. Do not share others' personal information, screenshot and share without permission, or feature people who don't want to be included. Use blocking features when needed.

7. Safety

Do not share content encouraging self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, or eating disorders. Do not share inappropriate content involving minors or contact minors inappropriately. Report concerning content immediately.

Credits & Refund Policy

• Credits are non-refundable: All credit purchases and subscription credits are final. We do not offer refunds for unused credits or credits used on generations you're unsatisfied with.
• AI artifacts not covered: Credits spent on generations that contain visual artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected results are not eligible for refunds or credit restoration. This is an inherent characteristic of AI image generation technology.
• Use credits wisely: We recommend starting with lower quantities to familiarize yourself with the tool before making larger purchases.
• Credits never expire: All credits, whether purchased or from subscriptions, roll over and never expire. Your balance stays with you as long as your account is active.

Why do my generations look different each time?

AI image generation is inherently non-deterministic. Each generation uses random elements that produce unique results. This is a feature of the technology, not a bug.

No, we do not offer refunds for credits used on generations. The variable nature of AI outputs is disclosed upfront, and credits are consumed when the generation process runs, regardless of the outcome.

How can I get better results?

How do I cancel my subscription?
